Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping We offer two shipping options for our customers:

Standard UK Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1-3 days) We despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and our standard delivery time for UK addresses is 1-3 business days.

International Delivery by Royal Mail International Tracked (3-10 days) For international orders, we offer delivery times of between 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance procedures, public holidays, and weather conditions. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Returns:
A product purchased from Medi-supply may be returned for the following reasons:
- If the product arrives faulty or damaged.
- If the product is incorrect due to a mis-pick or misinformation (this must be reported as soon as possible upon receipt of the order).
- The customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.
When returning orders to us, the following applies:
- Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
- You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and label the parcel/s with it to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being declined

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Please note that the original cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your item, please email us at info.medisupplyonline@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item.
